Elizabethan carved oak open buffet
Late 16th-century oak three-tier open buffet with carved bulbous supports between. Under the top it has an unusual feature of a shallow cupboard consisting of a central panel with carved lunette decoration, with a similar lunette each side and carved buttresses between.The two lunetted panels either side are the doors. The second buttress from the right slides to the left to reveal a keyhole and the door swings open to the right.. Inside is a wooden slide unlocks the other door which swings open to the left. The lunettes are repeated on the ends. Beneath the cupboard is inlaid decoration and the rail above is carved with guilloche with ebonised pyramids between. The rail beneath the centre shelf is carved with fluting along the front and ends and the rail at the bottom is decorated with inlay. The whole piece is of a mid-brown colour with excellent patination and dates from circa 1580. .

Charles 11 large oak gateleg table and spindleback chairs
Charles 11 large oak gateleg table with a six plank top, baluster turned legs and stretchers and a drawer on either side.The iron hinges are original. The whole piece is of stout proportions, of mid brown colour with superb patination, circa 1680.
Also a matching set of eight spindleback chairs with rush seats and two armchairs, circa 1780.
